Now Eye See Family Eye Care

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor’s office. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming, and the appointment process was very smooth. The doctor was extremely thorough and took time to explain my results and discuss the best options for my eye health. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the level of care and attention. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional and compassionate eye care.

My family & I have been patients of Now Eye See Family Eye Care for 10+ years. Dr. Blowe and his competent staff provide personable and thoroughly informative care. Honestly, this experience felt very misleading and poorly communicated. Patients should be clearly told upfront that while the office may accept insurance for the eye exam, the office itself does NOT provide the glasses covered by the insurance. I specifically called beforehand because I needed both an eye exam and glasses through my insurance. I was told they accepted my insurance, so I scheduled the appointment. I completed the exam, and only afterward was I informed that although my insurance covers glasses, this office does not provide them through the insurance. That information should have been clearly disclosed BEFORE the appointment. Had I known that, I would have gone somewhere that handled both the exam and glasses together. Instead, I left with a prescription but no glasses, which delayed me getting the eyewear I actually needed. The issue is not the exam itself. The issue is the lack of transparency and communication upfront.

The customer service and the quality of eye care are both real good here. The front desk people and assistants are very friendly, and so is the doctor. The eye exam went smoothly and they let me stay on the brand of contacts I already prefer. Found my new eye place for sure.
