Snellville Location Review: The receiptionist who checked us in, took our ID and insurance information was great. The Dr. who did our exam was awesome. Where this company fails MISERABLY is with the person who is supposed to assist you after you've made your selection for your glasses. The first thing I asked this woman (Cannis is her name I believe) was can I get sunglasses with regular lenses, and just make them transition? Her response was I think so but let me put information in the system for the particular frame to be sure. I advised I needed transition lenses for my son's glasses as well. She stated okay. Fast forward to her asking if I had insurance or if I was paying cash, despite the fact that insurance information was provided up front as soon as we walked in the door, I had to tell her that we are paying with insurance. She pulls the insurance info, gives me a breakdown of the cost for everything I wanted. She mentioned how much the frames would cost without transiton lenses, I stated AGAIN we wanted transition lenses. She proceeds to do measurements for the frames, and retrieved the transition colors for me to choose from. I told her I wanted Rose for my lenses and Saffire for my son's glasses. Then I'm told the frames I wanted were discontinued. Which is something I thought she had already checked, it would have been LOGICAL to check that FIRST I would think. But I guess that was too much like common sense. So I said I'll shop around to see if I could find that frame at a different location. We could now order my son's glasses. The first thing she asked was is your son getting transition lenses? I had to pause before I answered yes. Her response was I had to ask. I had to inform her that was her third time asking. In a very condescending tone her response was oh that was my third time asking huh, I didn't know that. I'm multitasking. So I finally said I'll just pay for what we've already done and thats it. I was told, "We haven't done anything"...so I said GREAT and left with our prescriptions. After arriving home I called, the very same woman answered the phone, asking for the phone number for the district office. I was told she didn't have the phone number but the number she was going to transfer me to might tell me something different. Needless to say I was transferred to a phone number that just rang and rang with no voicemail and no one picking up the phone. When looking for a place to get your glasses if you have crapload of time to waste and get nothing accomplished this IS the place for you!

Dr. Luke is knowledgeable and kind and truly cares about his patients. When I told him my contacts felt a bit loose, he reexamined my eyes and gave me new contacts to try. That’s what being a professional and empathetic doctor is about.
Please visit this office! Dr.Luke was amazing. He answered questions, explained everything in good detail and had great efficient service. The office was clean and the front staff were also very kind. Thank you, I appreciate the service and look forward to using them each time.
Another money hungry company. * Overcharges for glasses* *Realizes people find a way to order online* * Charges for the information needed to be able to order glasses online* They refused to give PD Without a $15 charge. Go somewhere else for your eye care.
We have been coming here for years. And I want to say that Vanessa,Yajayra,& Stephanie are the sweetest ladies here. They are always welcoming everyone who walks in the door so nice. Dr.Luke is also very welcoming and very sweet. I’ve never had a bad experience. The place is very nice and organized. If you’re seeing reviews saying these ladies are rude please don’t believe everything you see.
