This place was amazing, patient, and so kind. My son has a high prescription (he is 7 years old) and the doctor really took her time getting him exactly what he needs to be able to see comfortably. The doctor he saw was Valerie Gallo. I highly recommend her, she was professional and thorough. I cannot say thank you enough, I feel like my son really got the best care!!!!

Had an appt, called day prior to verify insurance. Goofy on the other end of the phone doesn’t understand numbers….like literal listening and typing numbers. Had my Birthday wrong, had the insurance wrong, and still couldn’t get it right after 3 tries. Then proceeds to tell me the insurance is no good. Called another place(next door) insurance is fine. This place is horrible.

Dr. Gallo is wonderful! She is patient and extremely thorough as she tried several different combination of contacts to ensure I had the best ones for my situation. Her professionalism and level of service are unmatched by any eye care professional I have experienced.

Dr Gallo is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been fortunate enough to visit. Martinez Eye Assoc got me in, miraculously, same day and I was treated so well by all of the staff from reception to pre-exam. Thanks everyone. I’m looking forward to the next visit.
