Place was great, staff was friendly and very helpful. Made suggestions that made my glasses even better. Can't beat the price and quality.

Edited review, my glasses were replaced by Ms Selena I believe and 2 other ladies who's name I don't have because I lost their cards but after complaining about the the quality of the the glasses I purchased from here they made sure I got a new pair as from them because they understood my frustration so I add 2 stars to my review and would say try them for yourself and give me your opinion

Everyone was disrespectful and rude. I was asked did I want to pay partial and I said yes. I left to get a drink of water and came back with them saying I’m sorry we charge you the full amount. I ask to speak to the manager and she said the full price icon is close to the partial icon on the computer so it’s an easy mistake. No refund or anything and they tried to fight me and kicked me out the store because I was upset. I would never shop here again

Did not like the fact that the testing was virtual. The person who did my test was a female and at the time I went in there were 4 female staff and yet my prescription was signed by a Thomas (can’t recall the last name) but I’m not sure how a man signed off on my prescription when there were no men present. Secondly after the woman at the front desk put in my order for my glasses she gave my receipt but did not bother to take my measurements so once the glasses arrive they’d fit properly. And the price is outrageous. I’ve ALWAYS gone to eye mart express b/c it’s a one stop shop. I took a gamble b/c the lady was trying really hard. But I immediately regretted it and got a refund and told them to cancel the order. Will NEVER go back.

Been coming here for 8 years they are awesome. Excellent customer service. Great communication. Love them
