Had an excellent experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Rafael was especially helpful—he took the time to answer all my questions, offered great recommendations, and made sure I found the perfect pair of glasses. His professionalism and outstanding customer service really stood out. I highly recommend iGlasses, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
This was the first visit for myself, my husband and daughter. It was absolutely packed when we checked in, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to get seen and move through the process. Hannah was fantastic with my nervous daughter. And Dr Patel really took her time to explain everything and make recommendations. The gentleman who assisted us when picking our frames was just the right amount of helpful, without being awkward or being over our shoulder the whole time. Overall, I was very impressed and will be back with my family!
My experience was awesome. The staff are doing an amazing job. My doctor, (Dr. Patel) is too good and friendly. I gave it to her. Another incredible person there is Mr. Rafael. The eyeglass section. He assisted me to choose a perfect eyeglass. I love my glasses. Thank you for your help.
I had a great experience speaking with Jorge at the Maryland Eye Care Center. He was incredibly courteous, patient, and professional throughout the entire call. What really stood out was how helpful he was in resolving an insurance issue. I truly appreciated him taking the time to explain everything clearly and make the process so much easier. Scheduling can sometimes be stressful but Jorge made it smooth and hassle free. His kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Jorge, for such excellent service!
I had the best visit today with Dr Ghahremani who listened to all my concerns, addressed them, and also educated me. Rafael was super awesome in assisting me pick the best glasses, educated me on why I always had bruises from my previous glass frames and supported me to pick a better one that fits my face. Super pleasant to work with!
