I recently stopped by Masq Optometry to look for new eyewear, and I had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Kevin. Even though I walked in without an appointment, he made me feel incredibly welcome and was ready to help immediately. What really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire shopping process. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered great recommendations, and explained all the options clearly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It is rare to find someone who combines such genuine kindness with such professional, efficient service. Kevin is truly a great guy who clearly cares about providing a top-tier experience for every customer who walks through the door. If you are looking for an optical shop that is accommodating, values its customers, and makes the shopping experience easy and stress-free, I cannot recommend Masq Optometry enough. A huge thank you to Kevin for his help—I will definitely be returning

I visited this clinic since I had been experiencing pain in my right eye for the past two days. My eyes were thoroughly examined by the doctor, who also gave me excellent advice on how to manage the pain and priscribe an eye drop solution. My right side eyes have returned to normal after two days; there is no longer any pain. Additionally, the front desk staff is welcoming and accommodating. I believe that their prices are fair for the services they provide as well as the frames they sell and prescription glasses.
I went to MASQ to get my glasses. All employees were very friendly and I was impressed by variety of brand selections. Offered from budget glasses to luxury brand with detail information. Also, helped me choose right model which fit perfectly on me. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
I called to make an appt, and they invited me in immediately on the spot! I came in, was promptly attended to in a friendly manner, had an exam, a few minutes later, I selected my frames from their wide selection, and am waiting for my glasses to arrive!! Very very smooth and easy and quick!! I called, and literally was in and done in less than 90 minutes later!! Excellent excellent.... Will be referring to anyone...Come here. Period. Very very efficient.
My glasses broke unexpectedly but I have really bad vision, so I decided to come here because it was closer than the place that I usually go to. During my visit, I started by talking to the staff in English, because English is more comfortable for me. (And because I saw a review saying that they spoke English at this location.) They were not very friendly, but I thought it was because they weren't fluent in English. After they saw my last name and saw that I was Korean, they started speaking to me in Korean, but even in Korean, they were kind of rude. When having me fill out forms and checking my eyes for reactivity and stuff like that, the man wouldn't even verbally tell me directions and just started tapping the machine with his fingers to show me where to put my chin and my forehead. Even when speaking, he was very curt and would speak in a hostile tone. At this point, I was a little confused, but I thought it might have been because I was much younger than the staff. After taking my eye exam (the only friendly staff was the woman who gave the exam), I was browsing the glasses selection with my sister for no more than five minutes before a staff member came up and tried to rush us to pick out a pair by continuously standing and staring at us, trying them on, and even giving his unprompted opinions. I saw someone in the reviews saying that they don't try and upsell, but while browsing, the staff would give me glasses from the more expensive section and would say stuff about how if it were for him, he would choose the more expensive frames. At this point, I was getting a little annoyed, but I ended up choosing a more expensive pair because I liked the style a bit better. I'm a college student who had to get new glasses unexpectedly and had to pay out of pocket, so I did not want to spend a lot on the glasses. So, when the staff was explaining about the type of lenses I wanted, I just wanted the cheaper option. He kept on explaining in Korean, and because I was not familiar with those terms, I stayed quiet trying to understand what he was saying. When he saw that I was confused he sighed and started explaining in English, again, in a very curt way. He told me to choose between blue light and regular lenses, and I was struggling between choosing the blue light, which I know is helpful as a student working on my computer, or the regular lenses, which would help soften the cost even a little bit. The man who saw me contemplating, in such a condescending tone, asked me if I even knew what blue light was and what the lenses did. When he said this, I was in shock and was embarrassed, and it felt like he thought that I was stupid for not automatically choosing the blue light lenses to the point that he had to ask me that. My sister and I walked out of the door with no words because of how unhappy I was with the interaction, the glasses I was rushed into picking, and the staff. Even when I came to pick up the new glasses, they questioned me asking why I didn't pick up my phone or come in earlier when the glasses were ready. I was out eating with my sister and don't usually pick up unknown numbers, but they didn't even tell me that they were going to call me to let me know; they just told me to come at a specific time. When the staff was showing me the finished glasses, he again did not verbally say anything and just put the glasses on my face for me, and then took them off, to I'm guessing was to fix something minor, but I wouldn't know because he was silent the entire time. I also had to ask for a copy of my prescription because they didn't inform me what it was at any point, and even asking for it to be printed out felt like I was being a nuisance because of the staff's body language when they were at the computer printing it out. I also thought maybe I was overthinking the experience, but even my sister, who watched all of these interactions, told me that she thought they were rude as well. I don't know if I just went on a bad day, and they are usually nice, but with this experience, I would not recommend this place.
