I’m pregnant and I had my appointment at 10a and arrived 20 min early to check in because I respect everyone’s time and I don’t want to delay everyone’s time. Waited for almost 3 hr there and I didn’t see the doctor yet at that point. So I came up to his fellow or assistant to ask. She was with an emotionless face answered me that’s normal here. She then took me to an examination room and asked if I wanted to use the bathroom because I had told her that I had to hold my urinate cause I didn’t want to miss their call when it’s my turn. So I said no I can wait, I just wanna do this as I still have work and things to do after. She did a quick check like for 1-2 minutes then told me to keep waiting cause the doctor will not be here for a while. At that moment, I knew this is a scammmmm and a jokeeee. I stood up and went home. I said if there’s anything, call me. I went home and call to report a complaint, trust me you will never reach them and they will never call you back. I was not the only one experienced that. Every patient was in the same waiting room with me experienced the same thing. So ridiculous!

I have been struggling with sinus issues for 2 months now and have seen multiple doctors to no avail. Dr. David Wolraich and Aadya in the Otolaryngology department were incredibly helpful/kind and the best medical staff I have seen thus far. With just one visit, my months-long issues now have an explanation and resolution. They’re the best !
Grandfather came to the eye department and had an scheduled appointment at 1:30pm. He was held in the waiting room for over an hour, and did not checkout until after 4 pm. Doctors here are inconsiderate of patients time. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!
Came here because my Daughters Dr suggested we go here instead of our regular Eye Care place and it was a huge waste of time. A regular exam should not take up to 3 hrs. That's absolutely ridiculous. To the point that after the 2nd hour and some change the said we still had to wait to see the Dr. after my daughter had already been looked at by 3 other before that. We left, and made an appointment with our regular eye care place. If you have a days work to basically sit here to be seen then be my guest. But I would not recommend.
I had a lovely visit for my ear wax related problems! I walked in and by the time I sat in one of the waiting room chairs I had my name called! Scheduling was quick and painless and so was my time with the doctor! Strong recommend here for anyone who has wax buildup like myself!
