Staff was awesome and happy, they aren’t shy and create a happy vibe. Doctor was awesome, felt like they explained a lot more than some past experiences with other places. They actually care, you can tell by the way they continue to make sure you’re feeling good and dont have issues. Some places don’t even ask and when they do it’s so surface you know they don’t care. She asked several times, very attention to detail oriented. Great office. Oh did I mention they had me in and out with ease. Highly recommended

The staff and the doctor are all on point. My son and I have been visiting this location for years. My teenage son like them because their fast. I like the care and time they take with us both. I couldn’t get the paperwork done before the visit this time but they assisted me during the visit and were so kind the entire process. They’re number with me for their kind and friendly attitude every time!
This is a scam shop. - This scam provider will not give you a fully insurance covered eye exam without forcing you to also purchase a retinal exam service. A completely separate service. Doesn’t matter if you just had one, doesn’t matter if you don’t want one. So your $20 co-pay for an exam is a complete bait and switch— they’re trying to scam you for an extra $40. And no, they don’t tell you this until you’re at their office for your appt and ask them to explain all their little charges they don’t want you to understand. They also want your health care insurance information up front so they can charge that as well for any “incidentals” they find necessary they think they can slide in. Stay away from this scam factory.
Great experience. The ladies at the front desk have THE best customer service! 👌
I don’t know why this gets good reviews. They must be paying for them. I’ve been twice. The first time I came in with an appointment, I wait for 1.5 hours. We had enough time to go eat lunch while we waited. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but today for a follow up appointment at 9:45am in which we arrived on time, they said that we had 5 people in front of us and that each would take 45 min to one hour! So, like expect a potential 5 hour wait? What is the point in having an appointment here? It seems like they make appointments every 10-15 min but expect appointments to take 45 min to an hour. This is unacceptable for a practice. I expected to miss about an hour or so from work but missing a whole day for an eye doctor.
