Easy to schedule an appointment. They honor my insurance! Shout out to Sierra and my Optometrist Dr Dzakah who were very competent and very kind! They both complement the best customer service I had for my eye health! I was given choices for glasses, contacts or both. They genuinely want to help! Quick, very proficient and with reasonable cost with or without insurance. Very convenient being next to Vision Works. First visit, love!!!

Emily was super sweet and very helpful. She made a Monday morning better than it started. Dr. Mozdbar was very inciteful and helpful in letting me know about an issue that no one else ever mentioned. Very thankful for them squeezing me in last minute as well.

I've been going to Master Eye at Lakeline for many years and I've had very good experience with the staff here. But not today - the OD, Amie Nguyen refused to give me my contact lens prescription without a trial even though I'm not changing the brand, the lens type and I've not been diagnosed with any change in my eye health. I tried many times to explain to her that I've not had a trial in the past years and a prescription was always dispensed upon completion of the eye test. She said she's following the law and cannot speak to previous practitioners from the clinic. I checked the FTC rules and here's what it says "if you are simply renewing a patient’s prescription, you must provide the prescription immediately upon completion of the examination." I have paid for my eye examination and must be given the prescription by law!

Very disappointed after seeing reviews I expected quick and easy. I had to wait an 40 minutes while they saw patients that had appointments after me and took about an hour total. they also weren’t able to view my rental scans due to some issues with their technology.
