The scheduling was easy and they’re flexible with your schedule as well. I had to come here for a procedure where it couldn’t be done in Lakeline where I usually go. The technicians were very polite and their instructions help you get through each station. The doctor explained every result and rationale of the procedure and had great recommendations. I’m pleased with the service just not sure if I was charged right but they do take Hsa/FSA card.

I had a nice experience at Master Eye. They checked my insurance, made the check in process easy and I made my appointment on line at my convenience which was a Saturday. The staff was super nice and the Doctor was very friendly, explained everything and made me feel at ease about my vision. Their entrance door is right next to the VisionWorks and a little hard to see from the parking lot but plenty of parking so nothing to worry about that. Also went right next door to the Vision Works and got my new glasses so that is also convenient.

Dr Choe was great. Patient and explained everything. Yolanda was very nice and greeted me right away. Oliver was efficient and friendly. Would come back again! Easy, fast, great customer service.

Took my daughter for an eye exam and to get contacts. The reception and the doctor were amazing and very patient with my daughter who has high anxiety. They explained everything to her and answered all her questions very thoroughly. Highly recommend and will continue to come back
