I have been with TSO Georgetown for 10 years now. We love the Optometrist but the office staff and male who says he is the manager is extremely rude. I ordered glasses after an eye exam and even with insurance I was out close to $200. Get my glasses 3-4 weeks later because there was an issue and they had to send them back. I knew right away something was wrong I felt dizzy wearing them wouldn’t see my phone etc. I was told it would take time to adjust to just go home and it would get better. I tried for two weeks. I could see my phone and computer screen at work better without my glasses. I had a horrible headache. Finally took them back and the male who identifies himself as a supervisor was extremely hostile. He asked why I didn’t look at my prescription before ordering glasses. First I never had a copy of my prescription. They ordered glasses off of the eye exam I had there. Come to find out I needed bifocals. The female “office manager” was a lot calmer and said she would put a rush order in so I could get the glasses I need for my vacation next week. I called today to Check on status and from the sounds of it I won’t get my glasses until after my vacation. Will update review when I hear back from the female office manager hopefully today.

I had a great experience here today. Dr Karamchandani is amazing. Very caring, very thorough. I have an auto immune condition and needed a specific exam done to get prescribed meds and she made me feel so seen and cared for. The staff is also incredible. They are warm, caring and very helpful.

It’s a shame the office manager is so overly aggressive with customers. The optometrist is amazing. The office staff is terrible. If you have a disagreement with the office manager expect nothing but hostility and make sure to “watch your tone” with him otherwise he treats you like complete trash. TSO Georgetown should seriously reconsider him as an office manager in my opinion. If I talked to customers the way he talked to me I wouldn’t have a job.

Love the provider but can't stand going here and I've had enough, going somewhere to else. Beware: they will want you there 10 mins early before your appointment time but in turn it's perfectly ok for them to be 45 mins late calling you back from your scheduled time. They never answer their phone and will just text you back and forth over the course of 3 days.
