I have been going to Matus Eye Care for over 20 years, as well as my father. We have always been treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. The exams are efficient, smooth, and informative. The secretary helps me pick out the perfect pair of glasses every year and has a good attitude. We highly recommend Matus Eye Care!
I have been to multiple eye care places the last few years and Matus eye care has been the most personal, patient, and easy going experience I’ve ever had! My exam was super quick and thorough! Lisa made sure that my glasses were incredible for me and really went out of her way to help me find the perfect pair. Everyone working here went above and beyond. Really enjoy this place and will recommend :)
The whole family goes here for about four years and we have never had a problem. The glasses work fine, the Dr is knowledgeable and is concerned about what is best for you, and you get the glasses within 2 weeks. If you need faster service, there are other places to go. Prices are average. The selection is fine. Many places have so many frames to choose from that you can't make up your mind. I don't know why others gave such low ratings but I would send anyone here. My family has had glasses for many years and this place is much better than the last store.
I wanted to switch my eyecare provider to a smaller office. Matus Eyecare is very close to my home and has been in this location for a long time. I am happy that I made this change. And the glasses that I chose are probably some of the best I've had in years. The assistance I was given in frame and lens choice was far more thorough than I am used to as well as the office's knowledge of my insurance. I've found my new eyecare provider.
Front staff (Lisa) was very kind and was thorough with my insurance and everything that goes with that aspect. The exam was great! Made sure the medical history was current, was efficient with finding my strength in my eyes and even giving me a stronger prescription to see better. Been here for 2 years and it's been nothing but great!
