I had an extremely disappointing experience at this eye clinic. From the moment I arrived, I felt that the staff behaved unprofessionally and did not respect patient confidentiality. It appeared that employees were gossiping among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy. Julie was rude and dismissive throughout my visit, and I had a similar experience with the specialist. When I expressed my concerns, I felt that my feelings were invalidated rather than acknowledged. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unheard. I also got the impression that the focus was more on making money than on providing quality patient care. Whether or not that was the intention, it was how the experience made me feel. The staff’s body language and overall attitude came across as unwelcoming and inappropriate, which only added to my discomfort. I expected professionalism, compassion, and respect, but unfortunately, I did not receive any of those during my visit. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, patient-centered care.
