As a servant and a minister of God's Holy Word, I cannot recommend this Urgent Care facility. As recently, this Clinic has been to my family and I extremely problematic. The first time my son was seen here this current year, was not prescribed the right medication to treat his illness. He was given only one dose of steroids at the clinic, and not prescribed a continuation of the medicine to treat him at home. When we called the next day, and requested it, due to our son not being able to breathe at all because his throat was clogged up, this Nurse Practitioner: Osnay, Isasi, refused to prescribe it. And if we would not have had some of his medication at home from a previous prescription from last year, by a better Nurse Practitioner in this office, he probably would not have made it. This last week, that we brought our son there, he was seen by Sissy Hinojos, and she only gave him a doctor's note for that day that he was seen by her, and when we called the day after to request an extension of the doctor's note for two days for the school, because he was really sick with a cold virus, and coughing very bad with phlegm and on breathing treatments, as he is asthmatic, she told her Nurse to let us know that she would not extend it due to his test results coming back negative. Not a justified excuse. We then requested for her to call us back and when she did, she refused to extend it, yelled at us on the phone, spoke over my husband and I repeatedly, and did not show understanding, empathy nor compassion to our 11 year old son. She also put him on antibiotics to supposedly treat an ear infection that he didn't need, according to his primary doctor, who saw him the Monday after, as he said he didn't have an ear infection and that putting people on antibiotics they do not need, only makes the bacteria resistant, when needed. So she misdiagnosed him. I also at this visit was speaking to Nurse Karen, and she walked out of the room in the middle of me speaking to her. Extremely rude and disrespectful. We reported these issues with the MCH Hospital and instead Risk Management contacted my husband and told him that they discharged our son from Urgent Care, as if he and us were the problem instead of bringing our son and us justice. This Nurse Practitioner: Sissy Hinojos sent us two letters over the weekend, one certified and the other regular, harrassing us, and trespassing, stating that she was discharging or terminating him from seeing him, as if she is and was his primary doctor, when this is a public clinic. And we can request to see someone else instead of those bad Nurse Practitioners that have been unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to us. All this because of a doctor's note request. Now we see by the responses of them to the bad reviews on here that is only a facade to pretend that they care about their patients, but is only for them to continue to scam the system. Because when you have a very bad staff and do not correct them or the problem and you mistreat the patients instead, it is only for the love of money and to continue to be able to commit insurance fraud. People pay for full service, including through the insurance and it should be given 100% and with bedside manner, love, empathy, compassion, sympathy, understanding and integrity, as the Lord Jesus Christ commands it to all people, whether we follow Him or not. Especially to the most vulnerable, which are the children and the elderly, and this is why He calls all men everywhere to repent. Our son was extremely sick all week and did not receive love, understanding, empathy nor compassion from this Clinic in the middle of his suffering. Very bad service! Do not come here unless they change their ways and wicked staff of people. As the majority of them are all rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. This city has severe issues and no fear of God. If you are planning to move here, do not do it or you will regret it, as we have.
