Dr. Douglas 10 out of 10 she’s wonderful Chanel was amazing. I don’t remember the lady at the front desk but she was amazing to African-American lady. The other staff members are not welcoming at all not one person spoke the ladies at the checkout desk were taking bad about customers all had attitudes. The vibe wasn’t it just blahhh… felt like I was in the DMV Wait times where extremely long my appointment was at 2:20 wasn’t finished until 4:15 and I just needed readers. a little pricy for readers because everything is designer I’m very simple and plain just wanted some black frames… if your looking for high end frames this is the place ohh and big most covered my eyebrows . they don’t offer plain Jane frames 280 and up even with my insurance coving 150 off my frames they still wanted to charge me 117 for just the frames and that was with and additional 20% off not to mention the $40 material fee that you have to pay, even if their prices were more reasonable I still probably wouldn’t go. Because of the staff I would only go because of Dr. Douglas and Mrs Chanel.but you have to see the other ladies with the attitudes and tight faces no smiling faces unfortunately. Ohh they have a nice lounge with lots of soda juice water and coffee. Go for dr. Douglas, if you can ignore the staff oh the lady forgot to dilute my eyes so I just didn’t get it done got my prescription found the same Kate spade frames for $72 and that’s because they only had them in pink. I asked the lady if they had them in Black. She pulled up the website and I seen the website they were 295 in the the office 72 online so you know what I did. Took a picture of that bad boy Went home punched everything and got my glasses for free

I recently encountered an emergency eye situation and needed to be seen ASAP. I had not yet established care at McPherson but they have seen another family member. I called and they were more than accommodating, got me in within the hour. I have been to their office a handful of times now and have nothing but positive things to say. Their whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I have been seeing Dr. Douglas and she is amazing. She has a wonderful and calming bedside manner so many doctors seem to lack these days. She is patient, kind, and takes the time to chat with her patients. This is a great office and you won't go wrong choosing McPherson as your eye care provider!

Dr. Murphy was great. Spent a lot of time on the exam. Adrienne helped me get a frame after the first ones didn't work well. And Morgan was terrific at adjusting the glasses. And the front desk people are very friendly. Thanks all.

A big 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this place!!! Professional and very charismatic people working here. Receptionists, doctors and cashiers made us feel welcomed and accepted! There’s many positive things I can mention about this place but one of the most important thing is that the staffs give you options, and THAT seems to be invisible but makes the difference. Last but not least, there’s a lady (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) with a “contagious laugh” that makes me and my family feel like buying some pairs of glasses in our patio while drinking some good coffee 🤣. It was so relaxing and friendly. Thanks for that “unknown laughter lady”😉

It was a pleasure to return to a welcoming environment. The new office changes are amazing. From booking through updates/reminders of our upcoming visit. Thanks for great customer service and support 🫶🏾
