I had my first visit at Medfield Eye yesterday and it was such a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly kind and made the whole check-in process feel easy and relaxed. Dr. Ilana was lovely, thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything without making it feel overwhelming. And Shari was amazing when it came to helping me pick out new glasses. She really made the process fun instead of stressful (which is not always the case when choosing frames!). The entire experience felt organized, efficient, and genuinely caring. You can tell the team really enjoys what they do and takes pride in making patients feel comfortable. Highly recommend Medfield Eye if you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism with a truly personal touch.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Orelowitz was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything during my exam. Shari was incredibly patient and helpful, making sure I found the perfect pair of glasses that fit both my needs and style. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent eye care.

We had a wonderful experience with Medfield Eye Care. When my daughter told me that she was having trouble seeing we figured she needed an adjustment in her prescription. When I called her other office they told us she had to wait until June! That would be 3 months of not being able to see in school. When I called in a panic MEC got me in right away! Dr. Orelowitz was very nice and took great care of my daughter. I highly recommend this great practice. We will be permanent patients going forward.
