I had an emergency situation that my PCP couldn't help me with so she recommended MCOA. When I showed up the receptionist was super sweet and very compassionate. She knew the drs on hand that day weren't accepting new patients but she reached out to them anyway! Dr Orozco responded he would see me within the hr! All the staff were super attentive and empathetic with my care! When I saw the dr, he responded with "What if it had been my daughter, sister, wife that had needed the help? How would I want them treated?" He was super thorough, found the problem, got a quick resolution and was very informative with each step along the way! Highly recommend this place for any kind of eye care!

Always excellent service everyone is super friendly. Dr. Singer is wonderful. He’s been helping me through my eye condition for months now trying to get my condition corrected versus surgery, which is what a prior specialist suggested no other options but Dr. Singer had other options and so far I’m making a lot of progress. I highly recommend this Location.
Thank you so much for seeing my son. He was extremely nervous about seeing a new Dr but the front office staff was super friendly and the technician who readied him to see the Dr was top notch! She was so patient with him during the testing and dilation part of his eyes (his least favorite part of coming to the eye dr). Thank you all so much for your kindness and patience. We will be back😊
The doctors at MCOA really take the time to address my concerns. They are very thorough with their assessments and are up to date on the latest medications and procedures. I appreciate Dr. Alvarez working through different pharmacies to get a high cost prescription made available to me at a reasonable cost.
It's sucks because this is really the only option my mom has for her wet amd shots and her cataract surgeries, but this place is truly a mess. What's the point in making an appointment when you're going to be waiting 45 minutes to an hour to even be seen by the techs? By the time the appointment is over we've been here 2-3 hours for 7 minutes with the actual doctor. They overbook like it's cute. It's insane and truly disrespectful to everyone's time. People have lives, jobs, kids, schedules, sitting here for hours waiting on an overbooked dr is gross.
