Really friendly staff, Dr Gandara was really nice and professional and informative. Clean and modern equipment, easy to find location. I didn’t purchase glasses but it looks like they have a great selection and may go back to buy a pair. Good contact lens pricing. Definitely recommend.
Such a great experience! Everyone was so sweet, attentive, and informative. They really listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. They were also SO patient helping me pick the right glasses and genuinely cared about what looked best on me. Very girlhood vibes in the best way💕 Definitely recommend!
I had an excellent experience here. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the eye doctor was kind, patient, and professional. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and didn't rush through the appointment. My 13 year old daughter also went in for contacts and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and not rushed through the process of learning to take them off and on. I will definitely be coming back!
Outstanding eye care! We drive 22 miles one way to see Dr Gandara and her outstanding team, passing by plenty of other optical options. From the front desk staff to the techs who do your preliminary eye exams, the team is kind, patient, and professional. Dr Gandara is such a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. She takes whatever time is needed to patiently explain your issue and treatment.
Dr Judy Gandara and her staff are amazing. We took my son in to get seen for an eye care emergency on the weekend. I explained the situation and they said to bring him in. We didn’t even have an appointment. We are so greatful we found this doctor. She examined my son’s eye and explained everything very clearly. We will be returning for follow up. Wonderful ladies.
