Dr Nguyen is lazy. He also lies about solutions to get out of doing real work to help you. He does not want to do his job. If you have any serious pain or issues he won’t fix or address any real problems so beware of that. It will be brushed off and you’ll be sent home. If you absolutely have to go to this office I’d say ask for anyone else. Not sure if the other doctors are lazy like him but you might get a “sorry you’re going to have to live with this issue” from him when he’s being completely false. Went to another doctor for my issue a couple days later as my issue got worse and their approach was so much more aggressive in helping me.. addressing my issue and pain immediately as soon as I sat in the chair. UNLIKE what I experienced here at this clinic. What a shame to have doctors who are supposed to be providing care to people yet they don’t do their actual job to fix or find the best solution and LIE. It’s sad actually.

0 communication between doctors or staff, 0 communication between patients. Receptionists are very rude as well. Called to get contacts but asked if I could try another brand out. They said they would call me back in a few days after talking to the doctor (who was out Monday-Thursday 2 weeks in a row only in on Friday…) called them in between about 6 times with no answer and left a message saying don’t get the new contacts just order the old set. Nobody’s responds to my message left, then I get a message the day after from the doctor saying “I left your trial set and the new prescription at the front desk. Try those out and let me know” while I was trying them out I got a call saying that the old set was in, after telling them I didn’t want the old set and I talked to the doctor since I said get the old set and we chose not to do that. Then the receptionist said “well this is your fault you left the message so now anytime you get contacts you have to pay first…” and more things that just would make it more complicated and harder for me to get contacts. So I’m faulted for you not communicating? Okay cool, you lost a patient.

Extremely disappointed with this eye specialist’s office. They canceled an entire day of appointments and then informed patients that we would be moved to the back of the line because the doctor office had their own issues. While emergencies and personal matters happen, penalizing patients—many of whom waited weeks or months—for something completely outside of our control is unacceptable. There was no meaningful apology, no priority rescheduling, and no respect for patients’ time. This reflects poor management and a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values reliability and basic courtesy.

Dr. Reddy is an excellent eye surgeon with many years of experience. Very happy with the results of surgically removing my husband's eye cancer without harming his eyesight. This doctor has miracle hands as far as I am concerned. So glad he was close to coastal Mississippi since we don't have any eye specialists that even compare to this doctor's abilities. Highly recommend!

Incredible care from start to finish! Dr. Nguyen is thorough, compassionate, and professional. He's detailed in explaining the process and making sure you have zero questions! I had both eyes with cataract issues. He didn't let me believe it was an easy fix. But with his expertise and experience, I came out with a 20/20 vision! I can't thank him enough. Job well done!
