Wonderful experience. I have to admit I was nervous but Dr Hemelt did my cataract surgery and it was a success. No complaints I highly recommend him and his staff are great if you need an eye doctor he is the best!!!
I put this cataract surgery off for so long because I was scared. Now I know there was nothing to be scared of... Not even a little bit. And I am so glad that I went with the multifocal lenses. I went from being barely able to read to 20/20 vision and it is wonderful!
Dr. Hemelt did cataract surgery for both eyes. He does a great job of explaining procedures and answering questions. I'm happy with the results. His staff is always helpful, including dealing with a billing/insurance conflict.
I had a great experience with my cataract surgery. Dr Hemelt and his staff were very thorough and the staff at Sterling Surgical Hospital were very professional. I had multi focal lens implants performed one month apart. I can’t describe the difference it has made. The colors are so vivid and vision sharp. It’s wonderful to not have to look for my reading glasses. I still have halos but it is a great trade off. I would highly recommend Dr. Hemelt for cataracts surgery.
Very thorough very professional. Everyone is very kind and considerate. Had cataract surgery in both eyes. Im doing great. I would recommend this place to everyone. I have already sent my friend here. Everyone is patience with you. Scheduling my surgery was easy. Christina was very helpful patience and kind. She was able to answer all your medical expenses and insurance with you. IF YOU NEED AN EYE DR THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
