We’ve continued shopping at this supermarket because the overall experience stays consistently reliable week after week. Compared to other grocery stores nearby, the aisles feel more organized and less crowded even during busy shopping hours. Products are usually stocked well, and the produce section looks fresher than many competing stores. Checkout also moves efficiently most of the time, which makes errands quicker and less frustrating. It’s become our regular grocery stop because the environment feels cleaner, calmer, and easier to navigate than many other supermarkets in the area.

During my recent visit from Texas, I took my daughter (who's almost 17 now!) to Walmart to get her nails done, and my son, Titus, picked out a new toy. It was wonderful because the same amazing staff who did my nails when I was pregnant with Titus are still there! That longevity speaks volumes about their fantastic company and work—I highly recommend them. I really miss having those kinds of familiar places here in Texas, but it always feels great to visit Louisiana. It was my home for 18 years, and it will always have a big piece of my heart and soul. Louisiana will forever be home to me, even though I live in Texas now.

Just horrible, I went to cash out my check a few seconds ago and whoever you guys have at the money desk need to fire her or keep someone who knows what they are doing there. Not only she accused me of faking a person but thought I was cashing out MY check for my mom when it literally show my name on both ID and Check. She messed up someone else check infront of me and when it was my turn she said my check suddenly decline which couldn't have because I put in my right info, whatever she pressed on that screen decline my check. I never had this problem coming here and suddenly now I'm being accused and my check randomly decline is insane.

I had an extremely frustrating, week long ordeal in purchasing a gaming headset for my son. Walmart is particularly limited and pitiful when it comes to follow-up and follow-through communications. I will also submit this information through the app and feedback requests via e-mail in hopes that it reaches the right individuals… I want to personally commend MS. TIFFANY at the Natchez Dr. location for her time and attention in resolving my issue - not sure of her actual position but I understand she is one of the front-end managers. Yesterday she took the time (and she was undoubtedly extremely busy in just managing a busy store - she was continually guiding associates left and right while discussing and finding a resolution to my week-long frustration.) As I mentioned before, her assistance and actions yesterday has restored a lot of my faith in this location as many folks who have regularly shopped here for an extended period of time might agree that more recently it seems this store has declined and many prefer the Northshore Blvd location across town. I hope that the upper management here continues to add individuals like this young lady to improve and feel confident that if they do, this store will continue to improve and increase shoppers confidence in this location.
