I’ve been going to Dr. Birmingham for over 20 years. I think he is great and his staff is very friendly and accommodating. He is a little more expensive than chain stores, but it is worth it. I highly recommend him!
If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t show up late within a 10 minute window or they won’t see you. Staff is absolutely rude and not accommodating. I guess they forget some of us are single parents with a life outside of their “strict” schedule. Dr Fred is a fantastic guy, it’s a shame he has such a terribly pissed off clerical staff. I won’t be returning. It’s not the same place it used to be.
Wonderful experience. Staff was super sweet and helpful. The doctor was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, and caring. Would recommend this place to anyone! Will be returning in the future!
The staff is excellent. Ashley is my favorite. She has a wealth of knowledge about all things optical. Her expertise is phenomenal. She is the only person I trust to make any adjustments and repairs to my glasses, knowing they will fit perfectly when she’s done. From start to finish, pre-check to walking out after the final fitting, Ashley will get you there and you’ll love the result. She absolutely knows her stuff. High praises to the whole staff 🤍
My husband has been going to Dr. Birmingham for years and recommended him to me every year,but I always settled for the 'cheaper' box stores. I finally listened, made an appointment, and am so very glad I did. Everyone was absolutely professional, competent, and friendly. And I feel - at last - my eyesight is in good hands. I could not be happier with my experience.
