Dr. Parker is amazing and she is very knowledgeable and patient!!! From the front to the Doctor was friendly and helpful!!!! My 1st time visiting my son and myself will be back. This is our new Optometrist!!!!!❤️
I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. I wanted to look at frames while waiting to see the Dr. and the associate (Raymond) explained to me about my options & insurance coverage. He was very polite & knowledgeable. Dr. Parker was friendly, yet very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, addressing my questions and concerns. Cristina fitted me for my glasses & assisted me with my sunglasses purchase. All in all, my visit went very well & I was treated respectfully & felt like my business was appreciated.
Great shop with great people, and the most wonderful thing that made our visit an awesome one, was RAYMUND. He provided us with genuine customer service. His product knowledge is amazing. He's also very patient in responding to all our questions and was of great help in choosing a frame for my son's eyeglasses. Thank you, Raymund! They are the WORSE! They take forever to answer the phone. Put you on hold forever and never return. Then give you appointments weeks out. After my 3rd appointment attempt and 15 phone calls, I gave up & went somewhere else.
I have used this practice for years and could not be happier with their professionalism and attention to detail. The remodel makes the vision center even more inviting. Helena and Dr. Parker are incredible as is the entire staff. My prescription is consistently accurate, the customer service is outstanding, and you cannot beat their costs. 5.21.25
