Register lady, Jennifer, was very kind. I could see compassion in her eyes over her mask. She was very thorough and thanked me for being there! Nurse, Niki M., was very informative and made me feel very calm. Even when she wasn't talking, just her being there kept me calm. I trust her and know that when she is my nurse, I am very well taken care of. Both these ladies deserve a huge congratulations. I feel they both went out of their way to make me feel special AND cared for.

Very organized there.the front desk receptionist when you first enter the building was very polite and helpful. The assistant Erika for Dr John Vu was polite and quick on the draw,she really knows her job. Dr. Vu was polite, very knowledgeable, and showed concern. I felt comfortable!

Even though we didn't have an appointment in your building, and just were completely lost with the location of a doctors office that isn't listed properly. I would love to say a very sweet woman by the name of Stacey, and I regret not getting her last name, but she had notice our stressful expressions and importance of our situation, did everything in her power to help us, called, even wrote down our information just in case we were late to our appointment. I know I'm rambling but people like her just make my day so much better

My appt. Was with Dr. Joliff. She is such a good, caring, and humble doctor and have an amazing tech. My issue was definitely toward the front office and the system. It was 3 hrs before having my test done, only to hear someone say they pretty much forgot I was still out there, which is UNACCEPTABLE, and when I was finally allowed to ask why, because the door is locked to patients and no front desk, I was rudely told "I don't work for her so I don't know what to tell you" instead of finding out who can. You have to call the office( which takes a while to get through) to get to the front desk even though you are sitting right there IN THE OFFICE or catch someone coming out, to get help. I have NEVER had to deal with a system like that and WILL not again. Other patients there said the same because they each had been waiting 1.5 to 2hrs for their appt. It's unfortunate that the doctor have to lose patients because of a bad system and unprofessional front end.

Dr. Ninh and her staff at Ochsner in Slidell are highly qualified, professional, personable and thorough. The quality of care I was given exceeded my expectations. I am more than highly satisfied with their eye care service!
