This Walmart continually gets worse over the years. Every visit about 80% of the employees on the sales floor are on their cell phones. Walmart corporation is paying employees to play on their phones rather than work. Management does nothing about. The customer service is terrible, whether on the sales floor or at the registers. Yesterday I could not find a particular item needed for a camper. The boy in the automotive dept was bent over behind the counter on his cell phone when I approached to ask assistance on finding it. I just stood there waiting for him to realize there was a paying customer in front of him needing help. When he finally saw me standing there he just pointed me to the aisle so he could go back to his cell phone. I did find it eventually. Then I left to buy that $50.00 item at a store where they actually care about their customers. Congratulations Walmart on successfully allowing your employees to put their cell phones before your customers.
Sitting here at pick up 45 minutes now. I've been sitting here so long. I forgot what I was doing here. Would not recommend coming on a Friday. BTW I may still be here when if you decide to do a online pick up. Not looking promising. Tell my children I love them!
I went to Walmart today for some milk and when I opened the fridge, I saw a manager screaming aggressively at a young man. She was yelling at him because he did not finish stocking up the milk and that he wasn’t going to have it done before he got off work. There were several pallets of milk. I don’t think a manager should be screaming like that at an employee, especially when they think nobody is around to listen or witness it. It makes me wonder how this manager treats other employees… this happened on July 22nd at around 9:30-10pm. Disgusting behavior!
Had copons on the shelf that expired 4/30, we were not aware untill we rung up at self check out. Lady said she couldnt take $4 off because it was to much money for her. Sent us to another register and told us they can do it there. Cashier denied it and then called manager over and she said she couldnt take it. STORE MANAGER DIDNT COME UP AND WAS TO SCARED TO TALK TO US. Over a coupon they left on the shelf for almost 17 days? Whos doing the inventory. So how much expired goods is also up if they cant take down an expired coupon. The manager who was there in the after noon was extremely disrespectful, $4 is a gallon of gas rn and they refused to offer a coupon they left up for days. Will be contacting corporate.
