Let me start by saying the Eye doctor and front desk were absolutely amazing. But the experience I had with the two women who help you with your glasses after the appointment was unlike an ly experience I’ve ever experienced.. they turned my words around and wouldn’t allow me to explain myself. They both fed off each other rather than allowed me to talk and they accused me of insurance fraud because I (a woman) would like to purchase a men’s frame.. with my prescription lenses in them.. truly left speechless.

Always timely, always accurate, I trust Dr Meier with my eye health. The office staff is knowledgeable and has helped me quickly resolve billing issues with my insurance on 3 occasions.
