I love the doctor. The doctor is great. He is warm, welcoming, and explains medical terms in a clear and easy way to understand. I will always come to him to check my eyes. I can’t say the same for the front desk receptionists. I came to get my glasses adjusted. When the woman in the long blonde hair saw them, she judged me and asked “oh lord what did you do to them?” I felt ashamed and judged. Life happens where things are out of our control and I wanted my glasses adjusted with no shame or judgement. The receptionist wasn’t friendly and said there wasn’t much she could do, and said she did all she could. She didn’t bother to check if the glasses still sat well in my glasses or asked if she could do any other adjustments that would help make my glasses feel comfortable until my next eye exam. It’s a shame, I referred my parents here and the same woman did not treat them with respect and threw glasses at my father on the table instead of gently placing them in the table. This is not a review I want to be writing. But the front desk needs to learn professionalism. The practice should work on improving their customer service and friendliness, and helping their clients without any judgment. I feel less inclined to get my glasses from here, and will only come for eye checks from the doctor.
