Memorial Eye Center - Atascocita

Absolute wonderful experience from my husband and I’s first visit. We had early morning Saturday appointments and we were greeted with a smile. Christina started us with eye testing prior to seeing the doctor. I joked with her how much I disliked the eye puff machine. She nodded and said it’ll be quick and you’ll do great. She was right - she did a great job. Dr. Prakash was who see saw for our exam. She was thorough, attentive and managed the exam for both my husband and I even with our kids in the exam room. She has superb bedside manner and was patient and sweet with my kids. We saw Jose to look through frames and he was so helpful picking out the right ones with us. I personally love the extra input and I am so happy with the frames I chose with his opinions, too. He was also really patient with my kids who wanted to grab every frame and try on. He assured us that they weren’t a bother and even pulled out a stuffy for my toddler to play with along with some very kid-proof frames for them to wear and “play” with. Wonderful experience. We will continue being patients.

We were traveling through on vacation and had a bit of a glasses mishap with one of our kids. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help our family, and they did it all with genuine kindness and a smile. In the middle of a stressful moment, their care and hospitality made a real difference for us. We’re very grateful for their help and generosity.

Victoria has continually gone out of her way for me, from new lenses to new frames. Whatever i need and how often she is always there for me. What a great asset.

Got my sunglasses fixed here and couldn’t be happier. Fast, friendly, and they made my favorite pair look brand‑new again. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever! I've been calling for 3 weeks, leaving messages to order contacts for my son. No call back. Called again, front desk told me they don't transfer calls for contacts? So, ok, tried to place an order and she said because my son's perscription expires in a month they can not process the order! It's not expired yet. I have never had this excuse with other eye doctors. I will be taking my whole family somewhere else.
