I had my prescription from exam I had at my home in KY. I just decided to walk in when shopping in the area and decided to get glasses. Both ladies in the clinic were very helpful. I ended up deciding on glasses. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the service.
I've always struggled with putting anything in my eyes- previous doctors have given up on giving me eye drops because I had a hard time getting my eyes to stop closing automatically. I decided to try contacts for the first time but was unsure I'd be able to get them in. Emily was extremely patient and helpful, taking much longer than was allotted to help me figure it out.
Dr. Chacko is a great optometrist! The staff are very personable and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend this clinic!
If you go, ask for Greg. He is very attentive and will make sure you leave without questions. There are not many frames to choose from, but if you go to repair your own or change the lens, it is a great place
Gary, Richard and the girls are helpful and pleasant and dog friendly. Dr Chacko is also a wonderful optometrist.
