Found the Perfect Pair of glasses for Nursing School at Memorial Eye Wilcrest! 😍 I am absolutely in love with the glasses I got from Memorial Eye Wilcrest! 🥰 They are so cuteee! I needed to get a brand new pair to gear up for nursing school starting this August, and I could not be happier with my choice. The team here is great! They have a really nice, beautiful selection of eyewear to choose from. The optician who helped me was so incredibly kind and patient while helping me pick out my perfect pair. They really made the whole experience stress-free and fun. I highly recommend Memorial Eye Wilcrest for you and your entire family’s eyewear needs! You will not be disappointed!

Avoid this place! First, they harass you with phone calls and emails to go do your eye exam or to get contacts refills and when you finally schedule your appointment and show up for it they tell you that your appointment was given to someone else as if it was my fault that their system never sent me the code to fill out my paperwork online and when they called me on a Saturday afternoon to confirm my appointment I could not take their call because I am a grad student and I was busy doing my practicum. A warning would have been nice so that I didn’t have to drive to their office for nothing and waste my precious time. I have been going to this place for years and that had never happened before. I have noticed that there’s never the same person at the front desk and I can see why now. They’re so poorly organized and unprofessional.

I had annual eye check up with Dr Khong in Memorial Eye Center at Willcrest. The clinic is clean and with state-of-art eye exam equipment! Dr. Khong is so kind and professional! She explained the exam results and gave me good advice for my condition. She has a warm heart to make patients feel comfortable.

Excellent care. Easy to make appointments. Dr Khong is great! The office staff is professional, friendly and helpful.

My family and I have gone to this location for years. This year was the first year that my husband and I did not like the care we received. Overall, I felt the staff I encountered were rude and less personable than in the past. We'll go somewhere else for exams and glasses moving forward.
