I came to this spot after having a bad experience at a different eye place in white plains. I can honestly say they do a wonderful job here, I even had my dad come here (Spanish speaker only) and the receptionist was so kind and patient in regards to communicating with my father and his results. I will continue to come here for their services.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I couldn’t believe the treatment my elderly mother and aunt received today. When I got on the phone to help them and speak with the owner, he was rude, aggravated, and clearly didn’t want to deal with our insurance. If that’s the case, why do they even accept it? Please be cautious when considering this place—this is the owner, and this is how he treats his customers. Horrible customer service. He is definitely an angry person.

Absolutely love everything about this place. Andy is an absolute gentleman and his pricing is unmatched.

I always have a good experience here and I have been purchasing my glasses here for several years. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and have even provided lenses for glasses I have purchased elsewhere. Highly recommended and a great place to deal with!!
