Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was NINE mins late to my one hour appointment because I have a knee injury and had to park in the back of the lot and shuffle in. I waited at reception for about 1 min before the girl called me over (who was eating a whole meal at her desk) and then had to ask another girl what the late policy is, which was 10 mins which I was at. I understand the importance of scheduling but there was ONE person in the waiting room by this time of her wasting time as I’m talking to her it was 10:41 and my appointment was at 10:30 scheduled for an hour. I waited 2 months to even get this appointment. I told her I understood my appointment would be 10 mins shorter because I was late. She said nope and told me I have to reschedule another MONTH out. People also have jobs, lives, injuries preventing them from being able to walk quickly. If you don’t like patients, you shouldn’t work in a patient setting.

The only reason this isnt a negative number is there was one nurse in the ER who paid attention to what my wife was saying, we seemed like an imposition to the rest of the staff. Nobody came to help when my wife was throwing up due to the Morphine, I had to hold her in a position she could puke with one arm and hold the bucket with the other. When we left 3 hrs later the waste bucket was still in the room. We waited for hours to get the CT scan results and when they turned out inconclusive no further tests were ordered even though we were told an MRI would be needed. No MRI request was put in and no after care instructions were put in the discharge paper work. She now has to wait almost 2 weeks to get an MRI which means two weeks of more drugs and lost work which shouldn't have had to happen. We chose to have the ambulance take her there because we've always been well taken of until this situation so maybe they were having an off night but we expected better and are very disappointed.

I had chemical burns to my eyes and went into the ER. All of the staff were very kind and gentle with me. According to the optometrist they did everything right, which I was informed that a lot of times ER’s don’t do the greatest with eyes. Thank you all for being so helpful in my time of pain.

I've read so many negative comments that it really surprises me. I've been in urgent care a few times and in the hospital 3 in the last 4 years and have always been well taken care of. The wait time has never been more than 10 minutes to be seen in urgent care and thoroughly tested for whatever the problem was. The nurses ( except one ) and doctors have always been friendly and efficient.

I would like to say thank you to the ER staff tonight. The team at Mercy where so professional, quick thinking and great bedside manner. My son was having a severe allergic reaction and they saved his life. Thank you for doing what you do.
