Horrible experience there I came in January after being told by the very kind receptionist my insurance was accepted. The Doctor then says she doesn't think it is when I get there. I assured her like always the receptionist checked for me because I'm there a lot anyway she refuses to check or whatever so after a month of waiting I don't get my contacts she says give Stephanie some time and she will call me BACK up there. So the new girl Cali does the eye test with the pictures and signs me out I then tell her I didn't really get what I came for and didn't wanna be charged for anything extra since I didn't get my contacts..she gets a real big attitude and says so what basically and refuses to explain

Meridian Vision Center has the best staff! They are so patient, helpful, and kind. I was struggling to pick out of a pair of glasses and the woman helping me gave me her honest opinion on which ones she liked and she was super patient when I was having a hard time picking which ones I wanted. Eye exam was quick and the Dr. explained everything I had questions about. Overall, love going here!!

Amazing place! Staff goes out of their way to help. Great eye exam, they got my whole family in on the same day. They fixed my son's glasses while we are waiting for our his pair to be made. We previously used vision works and they made us buy new glasses each time. Told us no way at all to fix them. Spent $400 out if pocket. As a single mom of a teenage boy who is legally blind without his glasses vision works went above and beyond for us! Would highly recommed them to anyone!
