I have been going to Dr Hairston for over 25yrs and he is a great eye doctor very pleasant and knowledgeable of his job . He's very kind and highly appreciated because he explains what he is doing and cares very much for his patients. I learned of my dry eyes and I use to be nervious when he's doing the eye pads but not any more. He is the best. I have recommended him to people that I meet whenever they say that they need an eye doctor.

Went for the first time on Saturday and it was great! Dr Hairston and his team and wonderful. My exam was thorough and I felt that I had all of my questions answered. Thank you so much! I will be back and next time I will bring the rest of my family.

Dr. Hairston and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly and provide top drawer eye care services. My eye exam was not only comprehensive: I walked away with a great experience and an understanding of my vision. To make my appointment even more pleasurable; I was able to pick a set of new and fashionable glasses, from a wide selection of products.

Tracy Hairston has a very cold bedside manner and does not ask relevant questions or offer follow-up for potential deviations in eye symptoms. I'll never go back. First time I went he gave me an incorrect prescription because he rushed me and nothing felt thorough. I did go back a second time and he finally gave me a correct prescription but again, incredibly cold. Having said that his receptionist is incredibly kind and empathetic.

I have loved everything about my experience with Dr. Hairston and his office staff. He takes the time to explain everything and will patiently answer any questions I have. In the last few years, I have had several issues with dry eye - his dry eye spa along with the suggestion of eye plugs has left my eyes feeling better than ever. He truly cares about his patients and wants to help. I also have to acknowledge his office staff who are always so lovely and pleasant every time I call. The office is in a very convenient location right off route 9 and it's a clean and well organized space.
