Metro Optics Eyewear Parkchester location is amazing!! The office was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Everyone was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. I’ve been to several eye doctors over the years, but this is the first time I’ve felt truly cared for. Got my license done here for 6 years and they actually except blue cross/medicaid, I was having a hard time putting in my contact lenses and everyone was so helpful and patient with me until I figured it out the next day. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I must say Metro Optics never failed me with their employee idonia. She’s so welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and very patient. She’s very transparent and treats all her customers the way she would want to be treated. I have been dealing with Metro Optics for about 3 years and she has always provided great customer service and I definitely followed her from Throggs Neck to Parkchester.
