I had a really good experience here. Fast service and very professional. I went in for an eye exam which didn't take long (5-6 mins tops) and they explained to me thoroughly the current state of my vision. The wait time to pick my frames was fast as well. Lettie was wonderful and friendly, provided quick and professional service, helping me choose my frames and what was available to me. Very friendly atmosphere overall from the staff. I enjoyed my time there and getting the glasses I need. No problems.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Letty. She was so awesome and patient with us. And even in a time of stress, she was very lighthearted and made sure I was happy with my purchase as well as making sure they look good on me too. Thank you Lettie for an awesome experience

I want to give a very positive review for Sharron. I came into the store this morning because my favorite pair of sunglasses were broken. She assured me that they can be fixed in a timely fashion. She was very professional, and provided me with customer service that showed that she cared. It made me feel like this is the eye optic store that I would bring my family to on a regular basis. This location is alright its good, the front desk people are nice. But when its time to pick out some glasses Ms. Lettie K is absolutely amazing. and i mean that. from the way she helped me.. asking me questions.. seeing what i liked, seeing what looks good on me.. seeing what fits. the way she was working its like she truly cared about it, i wasn't just another customer.. She actually cared. i walked out there satisfied. Great experience!! wow. what an amazing job she is a pro. extremely magical. im deferentially coming back, shes magical , you gotta see it for yourself. its not regular im telling you 10/10 that lady is amazing. she know what she doing. GO when Lettie K is there

I recently got my eye test last week or so and I forgot to write a review on this very nice lady who helped me pick up frames and went big and beyond to make sure I got the right stuff. She had glasses and was like the grandma in the store. I hope she get and the rest of the associates gets recognized for their kindness to the job.
