5/5, would come back. The staff is so nice, it's clean there, they were honest about glasses and eyesight, they also picked out cute glasses for my granddaughter. She loved them! I will come back when my granddaughter needs new glasses.

Second time I’ve dealt with this group. You definitely get the feel your on an assembly line. Too many patients for staff. At the conclusion you feel like your buying a car. I would imagine my experience is probably not the norm. Last visit was taken to exam room and forgotten. After almost 40 minutes waiting by myself In exam room I left. Patient/customer time needs to be respected. In my opinion they do not. In total I was at the exam site for almost 1 hour and fifteen minutes still has not started dilation. Young employee did catch me in reception and apologized. Very nice her. Should have been managers job. Manager no where in sight . I do not recommend this business.

From the beginning to the end, the service was great. Customer service was first class; most of all, Karla was courteous, friendly, sweet, and helpful. Mi Vision, Dr Cuba, and the staff service are very Professional and friendly.

I went to this place recently for my glasses since they were scratched up and I needed new ones since I’ve had the last pair for around 3 years. I went since I saw it was pretty cheap and could be done quickly, not like my other place where it took around months. I went on Sunday and took around 2 hours with paperwork and testing and I played around in their small child room. The staff were very nice and gentle. I love my new glasses, they are very comfortable and the fact they have a retractable floating mirror is so cool. I love my new glasses! 10/10

Great experience going there for the first time. I thought I had made an appt. Apparently I missed the phone call to schedule it. They still saw me and were very friendly anf helpful. My glasses were ready sooner than expected. Very pleased with the service!
