I really don’t understand Loretta. I called gave her my vision Toll-free number she told me that they take my vision insurance I went to the doctor and I got the prescription $60.like she asked I was looking forward to getting a pair of reading glasses and when I got there, she told me no we don’t take your insurance you’re out of network. I don’t understand what you mean Loretta put me out of my way and I’m a customer at Walmart, but you should know if I’m covered or not to make me come all the way there when I had other things to do. Yes people make mistakes you made a mistake but I thought that you knew what you were doing and then you’re waving to me while I’m walking out of Walmart how I felt very embarrassed good luck with your job being a manager there because I don’t think you should be a manager this is second time I had a problem Please just don’t wave to me That was just totally ridiculous. An inconsiderate you should know your work you should know what you’re Doing supposedly We had this conversation over the phone. You looked everything up and said you took my vision insurance.🤷🏻♀️

Loretta is the best. She’s such a kind and bubbly people’s person. I was trying out contacts and having rough time. She was patient with me and very encouraging the whole time. She really made my experience great. Thank you Loretta!
I was there today to ask a question for Loretta concerning my prescription glasses, I got there Just a question I shouldn’t have been that difficult, but she brought up the reason my eyes get blurry from the glasses because of my age or aging in front of the elite ophthalmologist. This was Just a question Oh really I don’t think so! You originally took the prescription order I might be wrong about the glasses weren’t correct but you’re rude That was very unprofessional, very heartless, and describe me in front of the doctor about my age about my eyes is an insult. That was age discrimination I guess the worst comes out with some an unprofessional employee I feel it could happen to someone else, and I don’t think this is the right job for her!! I will further take this to Walmart corporate headquarters!
I came in impromptu early in the morning to have my glasses tightened and the nosepads replaced, but the optician Lindsay was so sweet that I plan to come back in soon to pickup up the new frames that she helped me settle on.
Great selection and staff. Selected glasses for my daughter and myself within 30 minutes. No hidden fees. No high pressure sales. Half the price of boutique eyeglass stores. My son unfortunately has a rare disorder of the cornea. Went to 5 specialists and I continually heard..."Hang on to that Optometrist as most would have missed this problem until it became a much bigger issue." Don't underestimate these optometrists, especially Dr. Yoo.
