Called the poker room to get a possible room considering Iv never asked for any comps in almost 2 years nor been offered . I only play poker when I drive in also. Iv put some solid hours in over a handful of times, probably a few thousand bux give or take also, average 3-5 hour sessions probably, they transferred me to security who said she didn’t know why the poker room transferred me there and didn’t know who to ask, then asked host, who then said I don’t qualify and to call 1800 # .. thanks but i didn’t call to beg after being transferred and shoved to the next person twice. I should have easily got a room with 1 of the 3 services I spoke with . Anyway the doors will stay open and I will not make a bit of difference, I will just go to Cherokee where they take care of you if you play, really just wanted to start going to another room regularly . My spouse and I recently stayed at Hard Rock Bristol, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The property itself was beautiful, welcoming, and full of energy, but what truly made our trip memorable was the outstanding staff. We would especially like to recognize Tiffany at the front desk. She went above and beyond throughout our stay, always taking the time to answer questions, assist with any concerns, and ensure that everything was perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests did not go unnoticed and made us feel truly valued. We would also like to thank Brad M. in the ticket office. He took time out of his day to help us capture some photos during our visit, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. It’s small gestures like that that turn a great trip into an unforgettable one. The level of hospitality we experienced wasn’t limited to these two team members. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It’s clear that Hard Rock Bristol has built a team that genuinely cares about creating an exceptional guest experience. Thank you to Tiffany, Brad M., and the entire Hard Rock Bristol team for helping make our visit so special. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next trip back. My husband and I visited the Hard Rock Casino this weekend and had a great experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had the opportunity to chat with Dalton from Security several times during our stay, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was pleasant to talk with, answered all of our questions, and made us feel welcome every time we spoke with him. It's employees like Dalton who help make a visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent customer service—we look forward to coming back! 🎰🎸😊

My husband and I went here for a few day vacation in the middle of the week and we had a great time! Our room was clean and very modern. The staff all throughout have been courteous and super friendly. We’ve had hosts before from here and different places and the host Kimberly Reed was especially great. She took good care of us and was friendly and explained things throughly. We definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back!

This is our first time with the hard rock hotel casino in Bristol. We just drove 7 1/2 hours from Pennsylvania near Gettysburg is where we live. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, Michelle waited on us. She was so pleasant and and helpful. They had price is right there that evening we went and got tickets right away. We missed our dinner that my husband wanted to have at the steakhouse because I wanted to go to the price is right. We went to the food court instead of our dinner and we had the best chicken strips that we ever had our food come out scolding hot the chicken strips in the french fries they were delicious. Everyone at the hotel was so pleasant and so friendly. They really made you feel welcome. Everything exceeded our expectations. We are heading to Florida to Orlando and hopefully soon we can stop back. Rooms,Casino,Restaurants and basically everything was spotless. Highly recommend!
