My first visit. The eye test tech was very professional and seemed totally competent. Dr. Barto was very competent and personable and found some concerns and recommended actions. The visit concluded with a delightful experience with Kelly who guided us through the lens and frame options. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful experience from making my appointment to leaving yesterday. Dr.St Aubin was exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. Sharing very informative and useful information. Megan the tech who was my nurse who took me back. Extremely pleasant and explained everything. I have had many experiences with poor experiences elsewhere. Highly recommend…I visited the Fenton Location. Found it convenient parking and clean waiting room, and all areas I saw were clean. Plus Megan wiped the areas on machine before my use. Dr. St. Aubin performed my cataract surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and results. From the first consultation through the follow up visits, Dr.St Aubin was extremely thorough taking his time to explain every step and answer all of my questions. Dr. St. Aubin has a very friendly and caring manner. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. St.Aubin at the Michigan Eye Institute.
I most admit, everyone one of the persons I that I had contact with was extremely pleasant, personable, seemed very knowledgeable in their respective places. I felt very comfortable with everyone I came into contact with. My appointment was great and the wait time not at all. So perfect! Staff and techs are so friendly and efficient. The Doctor took the time with me and I left with my appointment for next year all questions answered and feeling better.
