Going on four years now, Middletown Medical Urgent Care has been my go-to. Ruth and Janet are outstanding providers—both have excellent bedside manner and consistently make me feel heard and cared for. They’ve been spot-on with diagnostics, knowledgeable about everything I’ve brought to them, and thoughtful when making referrals. That level of trust is hard to find. I also want to highlight the front desk staff—they’re consistently pleasant, organized, and efficient. I never have to repeat my requests; they understand exactly what I’m trying to accomplish during my visits and help keep everything running smoothly. Everyone is always willing to answer questions, which makes the entire experience that much better. Overall, Middletown Medical is one of my favorite practices in Orange County. I’ve never had a negative experience at any of their locations, but the Newburgh urgent care in particular has always gone above and beyond for my needs.
