I’ve been coming here for years and their staff has never changed. They always remember who I am. However, the doctor has changed and I am so happy. He took his time looking at the health of my eyes along with in-depth testing. I have never been happier with them I believe this is the very first time I’ve left a review thank you in New York eyewear!!!!
I just can't say enough good things about Deanne and the folks at NY Eyewear. I have purchased my last 3 sets of glasses from them. This last time I thought I got the perfect pair however after wearing them for a little while I realized I hated them. I returned to NY Eyewear explained this issues with the glasses and they had me pick out a new pair of frames. I just paid the difference in the frames and a lab fee to get my perfect pair of glasses. Thank You NY Eyewear!!
Very pushy front desk sales people, refused to give me the eye wear prescription if I didn’t buy eye glasses from them! The optometrist was amazing though! Kind, thorough and helpful.
Phenomenal shop. I went in there to get my sunglasses fixed because I couldn't extract the screws with the tools that I had. They did the job in under 10 minutes and refused to take any sort of payment from me. I will definitely be going here for my next set of frames in about a month and my eye exam. It's refreshing to deal with pleasant businesses every once in a while.
