Midtown Optometry

Hands down one of the place with the best service. I truly am very happy with the Dr and staff with respect to the service. Easy to work with and listened and explained things well. So, Why 3 star? The eyeglass was horrendous. I hated my glass with a passion. I asked for thin lens and when I received they were super thick like milton on office space. They were also heavy and after 2 yrs, they kept falling off every time I would tilt my head down. It finally fell off into the river during a fishing trip when I tilted my head down to look at a fish. I just redid a new pair from another place and the lenses are 1/4 of the thickness, and 1/4 of the weight. Hopefully midtown has a better selection and thinner lens now. This is an honest review, meant to help midtown. If I'm a vendor and when a customer goes elsewhere, I'd want to know why. See photo. Left hand is lens from midtown, and right hand side is one from new place. Yes. I made 2 pairs, and i lost the clear lense, but still have the sunglass pair.

Professional , clean , welcoming and technologically advanced. So many other good things I could say about my first time visit to midtown optometry. A vast selection of quality eyewear frames. If you care about your eyes, you better schedule a visit with Dr. Lee. I've been to Costco to Burke and a couple of unremarkable other places compared to this office. I found a new new eye doctor for life. The in-depth eye exam was like nothing I've experienced at other optometrist offices. Dr Lee took the time to explain in detail every step off the process and my results. I am so glad I won a gift certificate in a charity raffle or I probably would have never found out about his office. I usually just Google an take the first available appointment I can find. This time I called in ,because of the gift certificate, and was even able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I walked out with glasses and frames ordered and a pair of contacts to try for a week. My prescription contacts work very well , I can see the leaves on the trees now!

I came in today to see Dr. D for an eye concern, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I was seen quickly and was in and out in no time without ever feeling rushed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and Dr. D took the time to examine my eye thoroughly and explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and very well cared for. Midtown Optometry is an outstanding practice with top-notch patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Derron Lee and Dr. Leanne Lee to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Midtown Optometry is a top notch experience. The office is very clean comfortable and inviting like your own living room. The staff are professionally dressed knowledgeable and super friendly. Dr Lee is very charismatic friendly funny and interesting to talk to whether it’s about your eyes or his extensive collectibles that are on display. You’re missing out on a great experience by not being his patient.

My sister in law referred me here and I am absolutely grateful. Not only is Dr. Lee and his wife also Dr. Lee very professional, they care about you as a patient and doesn’t see or treat you like a number, they really care about your needs with your vision and always recommend what is best for you in your everyday life. Their staff is also very friendly and as soon as you walk in you greeted with a smile. Their office is also very filled with marvel and comic memorabilia which is great to look at while you are waiting. The trinkets that have been collected are amazing as a big marvel fan. When anyone asks me to recommend an optometrist I always recommend Midtown Optometry!
