Dr Himebaugh was friendly, respectful and professional. I was very comfortable being seen by him and the support team. I think they did a great job. And I will go back next year or sooner if I have any issues
Midwest Eye patient for 10+ years. Dr. Greder inherited me from Dr. Whitted 😁 I am grateful for the entire staff. Front Desk staff, Rooming Staff, Dr. Greder, Transcription staff, Contact Lens staff. EACH and EveryONE working together to care for me at my routine preventative visit. They changed the flow since my last appointment and the visit was much more efficient! Good work Midwest Eye Care!
Crystal Wells was delightful. She possesses a warm personality & is genuinely interested in the patient as an individual. She provides needed information & takes the time to address & carefully respond to questions. Most importantly, she is professionally pleasant and knows how to smile & support patient needs.
Look I love the people they are super sweet. And my mom gets excellent care here. The two docs we have seen have been amazing. My only issue is that it takes forever. An hour and a half for a routine exam and most of that was waiting. Or it felt like that. We were right after lunch. Typically that’s the best time to go if not very first in the morning. But no. An hour and a half and then the new prescription still wasn’t ready for us to get a copy before leaving. But like I said. Quality care. I know the doctors time is valuable but so is ours. So maybe tweak some processes and trim that down a little
Dr. Thomsen carefully explained all of the information that we needed to understand what was going on with my eye. She also answered questions very thoroughly and treated us. Very respectfully. Both my wife and I decided to switch our eye Care over to Dr. Thomsn because of this visit.
