Very pleasant experience. Wait time for my experience is not long at all. Exam was thorough, any question answered, not rushed. Checking in and out is quick and easy. Same for choosing a new frame for new glasses, helpful fun and pleasant choosing style and color to complement my face and life style. Also got my current glasses cleaned and adjusted.
Dr Alexa and her staff are great. I called with a concern and they got me in the next day. The staff there from the young lady who checks you in to the lady who checks you out are very professional but very caring. Dr Alexa checked my eye out and found two totally different issues going on and that’s why the symptoms to me were so confusing. She told me what to watch out for, call her right away if I had any of those symptoms and then gave me antibiotics for the other issue. She’s great! Has caught a lot of things before they have gotten worse, has recommended some life changing procedures, and been such a professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate person. I’d give her and her staff 10 🌟
Last year I wouldnt have given 5 stars. Last year the Dr made me question my gut feeling. And sadly, I rolled with it. This year, we saw a new Dr there, and SHE LISTENED TO US! I am so thankful and grateful! Hopefully we see a great change with the help of some glasses!
Excellent customer service. Appointments on time. Dr Trump answered questions and discussed eye changes. Staff kind and caring.
Midwest Optical is the best place to get glasses and any type of help with your eyes. The staff is polite and courteous and the eye doctor knows her stuff very well. I recommend this place over any other places. This is just my personal opinion
