The optometrist I haven't met another one but the female 1 with the red hair.She's just always so amazing.Every time I have an eye emergency which I've had like 4, they've squeezed me and I'll right away and took care of the problem right away.I am very thankful for them! Pass with my eyes circumstances and everything cause I got shingles in my eye.One time nobody was mad or afraid to touch it or upset.I mean, they were so professional and so nice about it.I just love them.They are the sweetest people.The front staff is sweet.Everybody's does a great job there!!

Had never been to a eye doctor before and didn't know what to expect, but it was great! Every one was very friendly and helpful! Yeah, they were great. I highly recommend them to anyone! I saw Dr. Sprunger and she and her staff were awesome!

3.5 to 4 Doctor was very professional. First assistant, whom takes minor eye exam, professional. Front desk assistant professional. Assistant on obtaining new glasses was very unprofessional. There was a total of at least 3 items I will explain. 1. When helping customers, she did not listen, or give them the time they needed, this happened twice. 2. When sizing my glasses, just for sending off, she ignored me and did not fit glases. 3. When glasses arrived, she attempted to just hand them off, in bag, over front counter, with no fitting. I stopped this and stated they needed to be fit, than I sat down, she continued to stand, stating they were fine. Which they were not, I came home with crooked glasses. Tried to explain that my ears are different heights, she ignored. I could explain more, would like to personally speak to Doctor. The unprofessionalism, was so apparent. I truly hope service of clients becomes better.

Dr. Sprunger and her staff. (I’m sorry I’m bad with names.). Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I’ve had some complex eye health issues over the last six months and everyone has shown incredible compassion and understanding. Dr. Sprunger has done an amazing job coordinating my care with my specialist and has advocated for me above and beyond. Thank you all for everything!

Overpriced and unprofessional service. I paid extra for scratch-resistant lenses, but they scratched very easily within a short time despite careful handling and proper cleaning. When I returned them, the staff acknowledged it was likely a manufacturing defect. However, instead of honoring a straightforward replacement under warranty, they processed the new pair through my vision insurance (which I pay for specifically for damage coverage within the 2-year period). This felt like they were avoiding responsibility and shifting the cost burden. Overall, disappointing quality and questionable handling of the warranty issue. I expected better from the price and promises made.
