I was greeted warmly and taken to the exam room without a wait. The lady that asked all the questions was very nice and took her time with me. Dr. Reichert came in shortly and examined my eyes thoroughly and gave me the eye tests. Then he showed me how much better I will be able to see with new glasses. Wow! I was impressed. On to picking out the perfect pair! I am not great at this but they had a terrific, patient lady who helped me with a reasonably priced, cute pair of glasses. Within 2 weeks I will have a new pair of glasses! Thank you all! Highly recommend.

My entire experience as a first time patient succeeded my expectations. The young ladies at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Reicard was very thorough in the exam as well as professional and friendly.

I've been going there for years. Staff is really friendly. They are courteous and patient. I'm not the easiest patient they have.
