The doctors and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. After checking in, I no longer sat down when the technician called my name. She administered the normal tests and procedures that the doctor requested I have for my appt that day. I saw Dr. Good. She listened to my concern with an issue I developed a couple of months ago. She assured me that we could get it fixed - so far so good. Thank you for the great care I received. I would highly recommend their office to everyone. I will definitely return to them as needed.

I had called and left a message for them to call me back the morning of the appt as I had a question and no one ever called. They didn’t ask about it when we arrived either. The check in was quick. The work up was frustrating. The air puff had to be completed multiple before it would work so my eyes were irritated and the lady kept saying she kept getting an error until finally we went to a different room. Then when we we got into the exam room she couldn’t get the screen to change letters so I just read the same ones which was not a challenge. I would have preferred she change the screen so the letters were different. She was a nice lady though. The doctor came in and that was great and quick. The check out was longer than it should have been. The person in front of me stood at the check out for quite a while and the person who was checking her out had no sense of urgency. When she finally got done there was a line of us waiting to be checked out which I thought she would realize that and call the next person up which was me, no she didn’t. She did more in her computer and then finally called me up to check me out. Again, no sense of urgency. The check out almost took longer than the actual exam!

I have always had exceptional service. Dr Good is so sweet and very professional. She is concerned and ask questions. Never rushing through. She actually looks over your chart, knows what you do for a living. I give them all 10 out of 10.

One of my kids was having an issue. I called and they were able to get them in same day to see Dr. Good. Dr. Good always takes her time, whether it’s an eye exam or something else. She never rushes to get you out the door. We feel like she Genuinely cares. I would recommend Dr. Good to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!

Staff is very friendly. Dasia did all my pre-exam test, she was upbeat, friendly, and completely honest about the eye drops for dilation. I appreciated her candor. Dr. Doug was in and out without a hitch 😁 makes lunch break appointments seamless.
