The stars are for the eye doctor. Dr. Bell was very thorough and explained everything completely. I was very happy with his service. The glasses section is a different story! I picked out frames and was fitted, two weeks later, I still have no glasses! The lady back there is incompetent and the glasses were totally wrong! They stuck the bi-focal right in the way of my vision and the glasses fit horrible! On top of that it costs 250 dollars and I still do not have glasses! Went to Wal-Mart paid 100 dollars and had glasses that work in 3 days! So get your exam at Vision Source and glasses at Wal-Mart!! Update: It's now been a month and I still don't have glasses from these people! Also now they sent me another bill and claim I owe another 173.00 dollars for some tests that were not on the original bill that I paid in full! Nothing about these tests were mentioned on the original bill, not even pending insurance or billed insurance. Just a brand new bill on top of the original bill two weeks later. Plus I still do not have the glasses I paid for. That's over 400 dollars for an eye exam and a pair of glasses I don't have. This place is a joke. I'm seeing an attorney next week. Anyone want to join a class action? I took away two stars. I'd give them -5 if it was possible.

They got me in the same day and were very accommodating to my issue. Dr. Morrow and the nurse, as well as the rest of the staff, were great. Awesome customer service and bedside manner here. Highly recommend.

Have been going to Vision Source for years. Unfortunately, the prompt and friendly service that kept me coming back has declined in the last few years. Everytime me or my husband or kids go for an appointment as simple as our annual eye exams, we are always waiting at least 15 to 30 minutes after our appointment time before we are even called back. I feel like they book themselves too full and can't keep up with the volume of patients. I understand being behind, but feel like our time as the patients aren't valued either when appointment times are rarely met and other patients who came in 10 minutes after us were called back first. I made sure to show up at least 10 minutes before my daughter's appointment and was still forced to reschedule so she wouldn't be late for work.

Ongoing issues with my glasses have made multiple return visits necessary. Staff has been very courteous & accommodating ,working to resolve the problem. I am very hopeful that the updated rx & lenses on order will be the final solution

The staff was very helpful and informative. I felt that I could ask quesstions and the staff members listened and made me feel as if I really mattered.
