I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Stephanie Erker. She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and I truly felt that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Erker to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor!
Oh my goodness! I don’t normally do reviews but I had such a wonderful experience with Dr Brammer I just had to comment. She is so upbeat, personable , kind, and truly cares. My prescription isn’t easy. If I have trouble adjusting, she said come back, and she will alter it. I was also bummed my old frames were discontinued. She actually came out and assisted her sweet staff member to find me the perfect pair of glasses! Who does that? She has earned my trust, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I have been a patient of Dr. Stephanie Erker’s for several years. She is thorough and stays abreast of the latest technology. In addition, she is very patient-focused in her practice. She encourages questions and takes the time to answer them thoughtfully.
Dr Erker and the staff here are great!! If I drive 40 minutes to go see her, cross state lines, it is because I like the way the Dr. explains issues in a manner I can understand. My entire family migrated here from Shawnee Mission Eye Assoc!
I've gone to Dr. Erker since I was a kid and she's always been great at making sure I'm informed and comfortable throughout the appointment. She's very knowledgeable and will talk through any concerns you have and make sure you're going home knowing what the next steps are.
